Journal of Justice and Social Dynamics (JJSD) is an international, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing multidisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of legal systems, social theory, structural inequality, and institutional dynamics. Positioned as a critical forum for legal scholars, sociologists, criminologists, and political scientists, JJSD investigates how legal frameworks, institutional power, and normative structures interact with changing social realities. The journal critically examines the mechanisms of justice, social stratification, human rights, and transformative social movements within contemporary global and regional contexts.

Publication Frequency

Journal of Justice and Social Dynamics (JJSD) is published biannually (Two issues per year: May and November), employing continuous publishing workflows to ensure swift dissemination of impactful socio-legal research.

Peer Review Process

JJSD enforces a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to maintain the highest standards of analytical clarity and academic integrity. Manuscripts undergo an initial desk review by the Editorial Board to assess scope alignment, originality, and adherence to ethical guidelines. Submissions passing desk evaluation are assigned to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers in socio-legal studies, criminology, or political sociology. Evaluation criteria emphasize theoretical grounding, methodological precision, originality of argument, and contribution to social justice discourse.
