About the Journal
|
Grid of Management and Economics (GME) is an international, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to mapping and examining the interconnected networks, systemic linkages, and foundational dynamics connecting economic structures with organizational management. Conceptualized as an analytical "grid," the journal provides a multidimensional matrix where micro-level organizational behaviors intersect with macro-level market mechanisms. GME serves as an intellectual platform for management scholars, economists, corporate strategists, and policy architects to investigate how resource flows, structural configurations, and managerial strategies influence economic stability, operational efficiency, and sustainable enterprise development in an interconnected global environment.
GME invites high-impact original empirical research, econometric investigations, theoretical models, and comprehensive reviews spanning the intersection of management sciences and economic systems:
Strategic Management & Economic Performance: Corporate strategy, firm competitive dynamics, organizational capability building, value chain coordination, and industrial economics.
Applied Economics & Market Structures: Microeconomic foundations of business behavior, market design, competition policy, price theory, and behavioral economics in enterprise decision-making.
Operations, Supply Networks & Network Economics: Supply network resilience, logistics management, multi-agent resource allocation, platform economics, and network externality analysis.
Organizational Economics & Governance: Agency theory, transaction cost economics, contractual design, executive compensation, and institutional governance mechanisms.
Macroeconomic Trends & Enterprise Adaptation: Global trade disruptions, fiscal and monetary impacts on corporate sectors, regional development grids, and emerging market adaptations.
Grid of Management and Economics (GME) is published biannually (Two issues per year: June and December), utilizing a continuous publication model to ensure timely access to critical economic and managerial research.
To safeguard rigorous academic standards and analytical precision, GME enforces a strict double-blind peer-review process. Each submitted manuscript undergoes an initial evaluation by the Editorial Board to assess its scope alignment, thematic novelty, and methodological soundess. Manuscripts passing initial screening are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers in economics, management, or organizational sciences. Evaluation criteria emphasize theoretical depth, methodological/econometric rigor, analytical clarity, and actionable insights for both corporate management and economic policy.
The mission of Grid of Management and Economics (GME) is to bridge managerial practices with economic systems by publishing rigorous, network-informed scholarship that decodes complex organizational environments, empowers strategic leadership, and drives resilient economic progress globally.
